00:18in the case of illegal possession of explosive device.

00:22This was after the Court of Appeals approved the decision of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 266

00:29for the conviction of a member of the notorious Maute group.

00:35The 51st Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army was arrested in August 2022

00:42while carrying a blasting cap in Lanao del Sur.

00:46This was followed by a Tamaraw F-X where seven other members of the Maute group were also arrested.

00:55A 81mm mortar ammunition and pipe bomb was recovered from the suspects.

01:01According to Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Boyeng C. Remulia,

01:05this victory of the prosecution is a proof of the strong dedication of the government

01:11to abolish the rule of law and end terrorism in the country.

01:16We now go to the freeze order of the Court of Appeals

01:22for the possessions of KOJC leader, Apollo Quiboloy.

01:27The DOJ thanked the Court of Appeals after issuing a freeze order

01:33for the possessions of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ leader,

01:36Apollo Quiboloy and his accomplices.

01:40The freeze order includes bank accounts, properties,

01:44vehicles, and aircrafts named after the Religious Group and Suarasug Media Corporation

01:51that operates Sunshine Media Network International or SMNI.

01:57For now, Quiboloy is facing two arrest warrants for sexual abuse and human trafficking.

02:09this is a big thing in the middle of Quiboloy's insult to the justice system of the country

02:14because of his continuous hiding.
