00:00Jimmy Butler apparently, uh, has made somebody mad in the poker world.
00:04Ah, what else is new?
00:07What do you remember?
00:08Do you remember this?
00:08Uh, this thing that went viral is a couple of months ago in the summer.
00:11He was doing a poker game with Neymar.
00:15Uh, Ryan Garcia was there.
00:17Super annoying.
00:19Yeah.
00:19Ryan Garcia, the first viral videos that went out of this thing was they
00:24were surrounding Jimmy Butler.
00:25Cause everybody could notice that Ryan Garcia, when he, you know, was in the
00:29midst of, I think the, the, the pinnacle of his meltdown, which I don't even know
00:32it was over, but he was annoying the holy hell out of Jimmy Butler.
00:36You could tell by that.
00:37I think Jimmy Butler was there to, uh, make money, hang out with his friend.
00:41Neymar.
00:41We know that he loves Neymar and, uh, Dan Bilzerian.
00:46Is it Bilzerian, Bilzerian?
00:48How about it's damn phony pants McGee.
00:51He got really mad at Jimmy Butler.
00:52He called Jimmy Butler a baby because he wouldn't stick around and keep gambling
00:56with them because Jimmy took his winnings and left.
00:58So he was upset with, uh, with that, with Jimmy Butler, but apparently this,
01:02uh, individual Nick Vertucci, who runs this, uh, what is the name of the show?
01:09Hustler casino live.
01:12He was very mad because he said Jimmy Butler was a bleep hole.
01:15He was a bleep hole to everybody there at the, at the show.
01:18And, uh, he, he went on to tell this story yesterday while on another
01:23episode of his live stream casino.
01:26Cause they stream all these celebrity poker games.
01:29Uh, Bruce Buffer is at this one.
01:31Bruce Buffer, of course, a voice of the, who's a very big poker player.
01:34Yeah.
01:35Um, also very calm.
01:36It's, it's kind of odd and weird to hear him.
01:38Not really.
01:39He, he seems mellow when, but that character that he goes into, like
01:43Bruce Buffer, when he's doing his thing.
01:46I mean, like you've seen him when he's not, not the brother, not the,
01:49not, not, not the one who, you know, we're very terrified of here.
01:54The other UFC one.
01:56Oh, yeah.
01:56He seems very,
02:01anyway,
02:03oh my God.
02:03They didn't even know they were brothers.
02:05Right.
02:05They did it right.
02:06They did not know they were brothers.
02:07And then he became, uh, first the other guy, Michael, Michael, Michael,
02:14kind of a little bit.
02:16Um, but anyway, here's this guy, you see him here with his basketball jersey.
02:20He comes on here to, uh, say that he hates Jimmy Butler.
02:27Jimmy Butler.
02:29Really?
02:29Yeah.
02:30No, I don't care if someone will clip it and send it to him.
02:37I was, I was right near that interaction.
02:39Nick, that pissed me off too.
02:41Over there.
02:42What happened?
02:43It just, he was just rude to Nick.
02:44It was rude to everybody, but he was rude to me.
02:47Yeah, he was rude.
02:48I didn't see the other one stream or was it off stream?
02:53Over there.
02:54Brian's going to hate this cause it's so politically correct, but I don't
02:56give a, I don't want him back.
02:57Um, oh, so he's banned.
03:00He's banned.
03:01Yeah.
03:01Cause he owns this hustler live casino.
03:03So he's, he is, uh, he's getting ready to ban Jimmy Butler, but he wants
03:07everybody to know that he wants to show everybody that he's going to ban Jimmy
03:10Butler in the midst of this.
03:13And so just on my friend, the damage is done.
03:17Well, he, his ego was hurt definitely by Jimmy Butler.
03:21And now he's trying to pull another play.
03:23This is what I think.
03:24Here's his, uh, his story of what went down with him and, uh, and Jimmy Butler.
03:29Got so, he's got so tilted because he didn't understand it and he didn't want
03:35it, like he, he had to put 3,500 in with aces and it was like, you were trying,
03:38like, he was like, just didn't want to gamble, which whatever.
03:41And then when they put a standup game on, um, and he got in an argument with
03:45and someone else, he was just being, and then he got up and he said this.
03:49And so I'm playing over there, just playing poker.
03:52And Veronica comes to me and goes, you better come up here because he's
03:54standing over there yelling at like, I'm going back to this by blah, blah, blah.
03:58And then I get up there and I hear him going, I'm the real one.
04:01They want this mother back.
04:03They better dah, dah, dah, dah, dah.
04:04They're going to drop a game.
04:05It better be the game.
04:06They say, so hold on.
04:07So it gets better.
04:08It's better.
04:09Oh, it gets better.
04:11I'm the real one.
04:12That sounds like Jimmy Butler.
04:13That does sound like Jimmy Butler.
04:15Why'd you take out the videos?
04:16And I'm there's not more.
04:17I'm putting them in his clips.
04:19Jay, I'm putting them in his clips.
04:20I was doing small bites.
04:23Hey, you do understand how radio works, right?
04:26Okay.
04:27Okay.
04:27You do realize that it was a video.
04:29I'm same concept.
04:31I'm going clip by clip.
04:32Jayfig same concept.
04:34I'm trying to bring along the story.
04:35I didn't want us to watch.
04:36I'm not even lashing out.
04:38You're the one that act like this radio thing is a new thing.
04:42I'll go.
04:43I'm the real one on your phone.
04:47Just now, he's a real one.
04:52Love that.
04:53Anyway, yeah, I can totally see Jimmy Butler at a poker table.
05:01You want the real one back?
05:02You better fix this.
05:03So far, though, I'm not I'm not off Jimmy Butler side.
05:06Like he he is the real one and should be treated as such.
05:10So far, so good.
05:11I do know that poker players get very annoyed, though, if you
05:14don't know the rules.
05:15Okay, dude.
05:16I mean, they're adding extra rules.
05:17Let me pull out our little book for our friends, not to give
05:20us, but to show us to sell.
05:22Oh, dude.
05:24Who is that guy?
05:25What was his name?
05:27Phil Helmuth.
05:29Helmuth.
05:30Yeah.
05:30Phil Helmuth on one time, and he wrote a book that he had
05:36in his pocket.
05:36It was like this big.
05:38Okay.
05:39So he just walked around with a pocket.
05:41So he pulled it out, and he named dropped a thousand people
05:46like he does with the Warriors and all that.
05:48And I was like, oh, he's going to give us a book.
05:51Like, no, you could buy it.
05:53Oh, okay.
05:54I'd like to say that's the last time he ever appeared.
05:57I don't know how that book did in sales.
05:59But anyway, here's more of Nick for Tucci.
06:01He tells us it's going to get better because Jimmy Butler
06:04is here yelling at people saying he's the real one.
06:06And so for Tucci, then decides I'm the boss.
06:09I have to infiltrate here.
06:11I have to say my piece.
06:13And here we go.
06:14So I walk up.
06:15He has met me.
06:16He knows I'm one of the owners of the show, and I'm very
06:18nice to him.
06:19And I come up and I do this.
06:20And I say, Hey, Jimmy, listen, he's got his hand on the
06:26guys. No touching.
06:27Yeah, I feel like he's touching Jimmy Butler.
06:30He's coming up.
06:31He's touching Jimmy Butler's arm is what he is describing
06:34there for our radio audience.
06:35Is there anything I could do for you?
06:37Because, yeah, first thing is, get your hand off my arm.
06:39I did.
06:40And I said, and I didn't move it.
06:42And I said, hold on.
06:43I said, we met.
06:44You may have forgotten.
06:45No big deal.
06:45But I own part of the show.
06:46I just want to help you.
06:47He goes, you want to help me go get my money.
06:49And I said, okay, I said, listen, I don't do that.
06:53And if you want to go get your money, go get your own money.
06:56And I just walked away.
06:57Wow.
06:57Yeah, and then he was yelling.
07:00I'm the real one.
07:01Oh, please give me a break.
07:02Anybody else?
07:03I'm the real one.
07:06Oh, they say that the king is the real something.
07:10I think one.
07:11I don't like I don't show you probably.
07:13She wasn't a real poker player.
07:14I'll tell you that much.
07:15Horrible Bruce.
07:16No, Bruce Bruce on Bruce.
07:20He looks a lot smaller, too.
07:21Well, yeah, he wears very tight.
07:23Yeah, I think it makes him look a little bit more.
07:25Yeah, but no, no, you can tell.
07:27But no, they didn't pay.
07:28I don't think I don't think it was like a paid appearance.
07:30I think he won money like Jimmy Butler.
07:32It was like known out of the tournament doing Butler one.
07:34I think like a hundred plus grand.
07:36So my question is, this gave away some money to them.
07:40Why?
07:41Then like if you ain't paying them to be there,
07:44then why are you complaining about it?
07:46Because all if you ever watched the World Series of poker,
07:50there's always a few people at the food, right?
07:53That's just the nature of Phil Hellmuth.
07:56Because here's how it works.
07:58A poker player who's a professional
08:02only get pissed off about a couple of things.
08:04Wow. And that is if you don't play the rules and he can read you.
08:10So if you're just off the book and do crazy stuff,
08:14then Phil Hellmuth is famous for this.
08:16Say, how could you call that?
08:18You're not supposed to call that.
08:19And the guy goes, just felt it.
08:22That was like, yeah, but that's it's gambling.
08:26Yeah. So but but poker players, because they
08:30they know numbers and how it works and the percentages
08:34and they're sitting here going out, you know, they're like the dumb defenses.
08:38They want to talk out loud so everybody can know how smart they are.
08:43And then when it's not factual, when they show the hand,
08:47that's not possible.
08:48Like, yeah, man, it's cards is gambling.
08:51And so I think thus far, this guy is mostly mad
08:54because Jimmy Butler told him to go get him his money.
08:56Like, he's like, he's like, don't touch me.
08:59And then go get me my money.
09:02He kept his hand there, too. Right.
09:04You know who I am?
09:05No, but like I was 100,000 here.
09:09First of all, here's the deal.
09:12And I mean, this with all sincerity.
09:17You don't just walk up to somebody and put your hands on them.
09:21Right. You just don't want they're angry, too.
09:24I don't even think Jimmy was angry.
09:26I think everybody else was more angry than Jimmy.
09:29Because I think once Jimmy saw the soft spot,
09:32then you start playing it up, right?
09:34Like, oh, I'm in the head. Got him.
09:37And they go, you don't know how to play.
09:39I'm like, you know what?
09:40The funny thing about gambling,
09:42you can still do well and not know what you're doing because it's gambling.
09:47You don't really need to know how you just need to put money down
09:50and take a chance.
09:51Also, you got to also not put your parlays so much the spot
09:55that you get it to plus 9000 and then realize that you always miss it
09:59by one spot because you're greedy and a greedy pig on the hard rock at.
10:03I don't know that happens, but that's just
10:06that's kind of how it goes.
10:07He's also calling Jimmy Butler a phony
10:09because he said Jimmy Butler staged giving his money away
10:12because there was a viral video that came out.
10:14Jimmy was giving out cash.
10:16He's saying this was all staged by Jimmy Butler.
10:19I don't care how many viewers he brings.
10:21I don't want him back.
10:22He was rude. He did not.
10:23He was rude to the dealers.
10:24He was rude to other players.
10:25He was rude to the staff.
10:26I would guess this is the best one.
10:28I'm going to say this.
10:30He he has a whole entourage of people.
10:32There's a couple there's a couple of people peppered in there
10:35and he's standing over by the rail and his guys are all there with phones
10:38acting like he's like being like, you know, like they're videoing him.
10:42He takes out $100 bills after he just told me to go
10:45and starts giving them the people.
10:46But they're his guys.
10:48So they're going to give the money back to him.
10:50But they had people were videoing.
10:52So he had it on video.
10:54So there you go.
10:56So they're going to clip that.
10:57That is going everywhere.
10:59They're going to tag him.
11:00No, for me, they're going to tag him.
11:02All that
11:04works for me, because he needs to know that you can't treat people like that.
11:08There you go. How do?
11:09Well, like, here's what I would say.
11:13Aren't you kind of, in effect, standing on your high horse,
11:17telling that story, you see what I mean?
11:21Like if because if I had that interaction with somebody.
11:25I don't need to justify.
11:28Whatever I think or whatever I did to anybody.
11:32And the fact that he's trying to justify it to all these people who he knows
11:35that you're.
11:37You know, sponsoring this thing or running this thing.
11:40How do we also know that Jimmy Butler didn't just want to give his entourage
11:44or whoever is in his crew hundreds of bucks, even if they weren't fans,
11:47like if he didn't want to pay his guys a little money because they made money
11:50tonight, boys, it's.
11:54It's pretty amazing.
11:55Also, he's kind of saying it like we don't know who his entourage is.
12:01He's always hanging out with.
12:03Well, I just think I just think that in his efforts to show
12:08how good and cool he is, he's actually looking the other way.
12:13It's it looks the opposite when you have to.
12:16When you rush to tell your side of the story,
12:19it's almost like you need approval from everybody else.
12:22When you know it.
12:27Like I give you a perfect example.
12:29So I broke up with a girl years ago
12:32before my and we had mutual friends.
12:36And they would say, hey, so what happened?
12:40Like, who cares? It's done.
12:42Right. So why?
12:43You know, well, she's saying this and she's saying that I'm like,
12:46I don't have to prove myself to you.
12:48It's not going to change anything.
12:50So I just keep it moving.
12:52I just went on about my way.
12:53Like it, you it only time you would tell, like the only reason
12:57why he has to tell that story like that
13:01in that environment, being filmed with all those people.
13:05It's not that he looks a certain way.
13:07Yes. Not so that the whole thing is when I listen.
13:10That's the point I listen.
13:11So we don't have time to get to the last clip.
13:13There's a part where he says he Jimmy wasn't very nice to a 22 year old.
13:17He said, kid, I say that's a man.
13:19But anyway, he. Oh, wait.
13:22That can be a kid.
13:23But if it's an athlete, he's got to be responsible for raising your kids.
13:27But I think it's I think the thing that he just got in his feelings
13:30about the most that Jimmy told me is damn money.
13:33If you're the owner of the place.
13:36Well, if he's your only con, see, here's the funny thing.
13:40I've done things like this.
13:42And you only have one contact.
13:45You know, you're not introduced to everybody else.
13:47You just have the guy who brought you in.
13:50So any issue that you may have, you're always going to go to him.
13:56So I could see why Jimmy would do that.
13:59I'm the real one.
14:01Yeah, he is.
14:03But you don't have to be good to win money in a game of chance.
14:08You can be lucky.
