01:09Since the developer could not give the title, they filed a complaint with the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission or HSAC in 2022.

01:18When we mediated, they could not give us the title.

01:22In the decision issued by HSAC in January 2024, the contract to sell and deed of absolute sale between Amelita and the developer was terminated.

01:34The agency also ordered the developer to return the 400,000 pesos he paid for the lot, which has an additional 6% legal interest.

01:45The developer is also being fined 20,000 pesos for moral damages, 20,000 pesos for attorney's fees, and 10,000 pesos for fine.

01:55We won the refund. I filed a complaint with HSAC, but they did not give us the title.
