00:05The violent disorder unfolded in the city centre on Saturday, August 3rd, as right-wing

00:11protesters clashed with both their counter-protesters and the police who attended.

00:17A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder, meaning the total number

00:23of people arrested is at 28.

00:26One person has been released and will face no further action, while police have said

00:31that the inquiries remain ongoing in relation to the others.

00:34A 15-year-old boy who cannot be named has also been charged with violent disorder.

00:40The 15-year-old is due to appear in court later this month.
