06:27As an athlete it's always pretty hard to kind of reflect and look at
06:31What you've done so far just because each week each day. We're always looking to be better than the previous day before so
06:39Very rarely. I mean, I think for me. I always look back is after a championship
06:43You always look back and look about look on the year
06:46I mean, especially like last year, but I'm during the season
06:50It's always so hard because once we get done with this championship, you always switch them back straight into outdoors
06:55So you never really get to stop and actually think and it's been I'm it's been something trying to work on this kind of
07:00making sure it goes slow almost and and appreciate the small things that we have accomplished and
07:05even the things that we've kind of sucked at this year we learn you got to kind of appreciate both sides of things and
07:11But yeah, it's it's definitely a learning thing
