00:00The issue of missing persons, why do you do this?
00:05Okay, all right.
00:06How do you look at this case?
00:10The missing persons case has been solved by the Chief of Police and I have also solved it.
00:17Even the Minister has solved it.
00:19It is on the rise, but it is not worrying.
00:23Because almost 90% of missing persons cases have been solved because they have been found again.
00:30Most of the missing persons cases have been solved by teenagers who have been affected by their friends
00:40and have been found again.
00:45The missing persons cases that we have not been able to find, as I said,
00:52we have never closed them in the context of an investigation.
00:56And now, the order from me is that every missing person case, especially children,
01:05the JSJ must act immediately.
01:12There is a stigma that the missing person has to wait 24 hours for the public to make a report.
01:22I don't think it exists.
01:25So, if a missing person, a member of the family,
01:30and suspects of committing a crime,
01:36please make a report as soon as possible.
01:42Because the first one hour is also important for us to act.
01:50Not one hour.
01:52And even half an hour after the realisation of a missing person,
01:57we need to react as quickly as possible.
02:00In this context, I would like to congratulate my team in Johor
02:06in the context of identifying Albertine's brother again.
02:10That is purely a traditional detective work.
02:16With the help of a few technological geniuses, we were able to identify and save him.
