00:04week ahead. Today's the last bank holiday until Christmas Day and there are
00:09plenty of activities going on around Yorkshire and the nearby areas for
00:13people to make the most of it. For example, there's an industrial diesel
00:17locomotive display at Wednesdaydale Railway in North Atherton, food and drink
00:21at the newly reopened Whitecloth Hall in Leeds City Centre and just over the
00:26border from South Yorkshire and Derbyshire there's some agricultural
00:30heritage to be seen at the Hope Show. Then to round off an eventful summer of
00:34sport, this week also marks the beginning of the Paralympic Games in Paris. There
00:40will be an opening ceremony on Wednesday and spectators will turn out to see
00:45about 4,400 medal hopefuls parade through the city before 11 days of
00:50competition until Sunday September the 8th. And the last week of Sheffield Film
00:56Festival is also taking place. Visitors to the showroom workstation can see
01:00films such as Yardie and 71 as part of a 20th century retrospective of the city's
01:06warp films and on Friday comedian Lucy Beaumont from Hull will present her
01:11favourite films. The festival closes on Sunday with Sheffield-based Looks and
01:15Smiles director Ken Loach's 1981 adaption of his friend Barry Hines' novel.
