00:00The National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea also conducted the next incident of the loss of China's flare in the middle of the air patrol of the BIFAR airplane in Bajo de Macinloc and Zamora Reef.

00:26the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources of BIFAR, and the Philippine Coast Guard in Bajo de Macinloc in Zambales,
00:33the People's Liberation Army Air Force of China fired the flare seven times.
00:38The distance was only 15 meters from the BIFAR airplane.
00:43According to the National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea,
00:46it did not provoke the Chinese jet fighter, but it put the passengers on the BIFAR airplane in danger.
00:54The firing of the flare took only a few hours after the Chinese Coast Guard, BRP Bagacay, and BRP Camp Enganyo,
01:02in Escoda or Binachol, near Palawan, on the early morning of August 19.
01:08Aside from firing the flare in Zambales, the flare also lost China in the Subi Reef, or Zamora Reef, while the BIFAR airplane was patrolling.

01:30According to the Philippine Coast Guard, Spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea, Commodore J. Tariella,
01:34together with the Philippine Coast Guard of BIFAR, were monitoring poachers in the Exclusive Economic Zone or EAZ of the Philippines.
01:42The Philippines reiterated its call to China to stop its dangerous actions against the Philippine airplane and vehicle
01:51that are carrying out illegal and regular activities in the Philippine EAZ.
01:56China said that these actions are in need of peace and security in the area and are against the image of China in the international community.
02:06According to China, they conducted a countermeasure in the Subi Reef on August 22 in Spratly Islands,
02:12which is in violation of the law to protect their sovereignty and security.
02:17China did not specify what kind of countermeasure they conducted.
02:21According to Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning, she did not deny that the flare was fired in the Subi Reef.
