Nilusob ng NBI ang umano'y ilegal na clinic ng mga Chinese POGO worker sa Makati City. Nakatakas naman ang isang Tsinong doktor na nagrereseta umano ng hindi aprupabdong mga Chinese medicine.

00:00The NBI has now closed the illegal clinic of Chinese Ugo workers in Makati City.

00:06A Chinese doctor has escaped and is now researching the illegal Chinese medicine.

00:12Jonathan Andal is on the scene.

00:18Armed with a search warrant, the National Bureau of Investigation has closed this illegal clinic

00:23in Barangay San Isidro, Makati, whose license is only for pharmacies.

00:27This is an exclusive visit to Chinese patients, most of whom are Ugo workers.

00:32They admitted that they are Ugo workers.

00:34The patients that we found said that their doctor is a Chinese woman.

00:42But the Chinese doctor was not found earlier.

00:45In three houses, the NBI found one of the two Chinese who escaped their arrest.

00:52They jumped from the roof of the house, but they were not caught.

01:01Only the four Chinese patients and seven Filipino staff of the clinic were found,

01:06including the two Filipino doctors who refused to face the camera.

01:10They only answered that they don't know who the patient is.

01:15But during our surveillance, they only catered to the Chinese.

01:24The NBI said that this clinic is not licensed by the Department of Health.

01:28And the Chinese medicines found were confirmed by the NBI

01:31and were not registered with the Food and Drug Administration.

01:34It's a good thing that this establishment is licensed.

01:37But when you enter one of the rooms here, you will see an ultrasound machine

01:42that shows the program in Chinese characters.

01:45There's also an ECG machine, a medical bed, and a kind of bed that looks like a pap smear.

01:52This illegal clinic is connected to an illegal pogo in the Calabar Zone that is being monitored by the NBI.

01:59They are monitoring a pogo hub.

02:05It's a drug.

02:16The NBI will bring 11 Filipinos and Chinese to their headquarters to investigate.
