‘Habagat’ persists, bringing scattered rains to parts of the Philippines
Cloudy and rainy weather may prevail over parts of the country as the southwest monsoon, or “habagat,” persists, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday, Aug. 25.
