TY Aghon’s effects to persist in E. Luzon; southwesterly winds to bring scattered rains to Metro Manila, rest of Luzon, W. Visayas

The rains associated with Typhoon “Aghon” (international name: Ewiniar) will mostly affect the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, including parts of Northern Luzon in the next 24 hours, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Monday morning, May 27.
