00:07Today we are going to make a very delicious and aromatic Palak Kosht Salan.
00:12A unique and new recipe.
00:14It is very easy to make this recipe.
00:17You must have eaten Palak Kosht many times.
00:21But I am sharing a recipe with you which you are going to make for the first time.
00:27For this, we will take an open pot.
00:30We will add 1.5 liters of water.
00:33We will also add 2 to 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.
00:38This will make the Palak's color very shiny.
00:41We will also add 1 teaspoon of sweet soda.
00:45This will make the Palak's color green and not dark.
00:49Now we will mix the sweet soda and oil in the water and let it boil.
00:56As soon as the water starts boiling, we will turn off the stove.
01:01After turning off the stove, we will add Palak in the water.
01:05We have taken 1 kg of Palak.
01:08We have roughly cut it with the help of sticks.
01:11After this, we have washed the Palak 2 to 3 times in the open water.
01:16So that the soil in it becomes clean.
01:19Now we will leave the Palak in this hot water for exactly 10 minutes.
01:23So that the Palak becomes soft.
01:26When the Palak becomes soft, we will take it out of the water.
01:30We will cool it down a little.
01:32We will put it in a mixer jar and make a coarse paste.
01:35Do not make this paste too fine.
01:38For further preparation, we will use a cooker.
01:41And we will put meat in it.
01:44We have taken half a kilo of mutton.
01:48You can also take mutton.
01:50Now we will add exactly 1 glass of water to this meat.
01:55We will also add onions.
01:57We have taken 3 medium sized onions.
02:00We have also taken 3 tomatoes along with the onions.
02:04Now we will add a few green chilies to this.
02:07And we will take 2 tablespoons of crushed ginger.
02:11We will use a few ground spices in this masala.
02:15In which we will take salt as required.
02:18We will also add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
02:21Apart from this, we will not use any other spices.
02:25We have to mix all the spices well.
02:29Now we will cover it so that the water of the meat dries up.
02:33And the meat is cooked to 90%.
02:35For 20 minutes, we had kept the meat on a steam fire.
02:39You can see that the water of the meat has dried up.
02:42And the water of the meat must be dry.
02:45Now we will add the green chili paste to this masala.
02:50We have taken 10 to 12 green chilies.
02:54You can use more or less chilies.
02:58We will add spinach along with the chili paste.
03:04We will mix the spinach with all the spices.
03:08And after mixing, we will let it cook for a while.
03:12So that all the water dries up.
03:15You can see that the water of the spinach has dried up.

03:22Even after cooking for a long time, the color is still very beautiful.
03:28Let's add a very fragrant tempering to the spinach.
03:33For this, we will take cooking oil or ghee as required.
03:37Now we will add a lot of chopped garlic.
03:42Now it is not necessary to chop the garlic finely.
03:46You can chop the garlic in any way you want.
03:49But the amount of garlic should be a little more.
03:52The more garlic is used, the more delicious the spinach and meat will be.
03:57The garlic has turned slightly brown.
04:00So let's add the tempering.
04:02We have added a very fragrant tempering to the spinach and meat.
04:07We have also used some green chilies.
04:10We will take 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
04:14And we will also add 1 teaspoon of dry fenugreek leaves.
04:20Now we will mix all the spices in the spinach and meat.
04:24And let it cook for 6 to 7 minutes on medium heat.
04:28So that all the taste of the tempered garlic is included in the spinach.
