Bago mabuwag, naharangan ng mga barikada ng Kingdom of Jesus Christ ang ilang kalsada lalo malapit sa Davao International Airport. Marami ang napilitang maglakad, kabilang ang isang turistang PWD.

00:00Before it was cleared, the barricades of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ blocked some of the roads near Davao International Airport.

00:09A lot of people were forced to walk, including a PWD tourist.

00:22Yes, Vicky, the Carlos P. Garcia Highway here in Davao City is still closed for tourists.

00:29This is the only city that is near the compound of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

00:38It is still difficult for passengers to go to the departure area or from the arrival area of Davao International Airport.

00:47It is just next to the compound of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

00:51That is why the KOJC members are affected.

00:55This is the first time for me to come back to Davao.

00:59If I don't ride, I will go to Tagong.

01:03Where will we go now?

01:05It's all closed.

01:07We are only looking for one person.

01:09Why are we all affected?

01:11The PWD tourist, Sabrina, had to walk to the airport from her accommodation.

01:19We won't go back because it's scary.

01:21Even commuters going to work are affected.

01:25You are being harassed because you can't work because you don't have a car.

01:29According to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines or CAAP-DAVAO,

01:33for now, you can only enter and exit the airport using the main entrance.

01:38What used to be our exit gate is now closed as a precautionary measure

01:47because that gate is very near.

01:50It's too close to where the operation will take place.

01:54There are no cancelled flights but there are delays.

01:57We were all in agreement to extend, to stretch their operations as much as they can

02:06to accommodate the passengers because understandably,

02:10some of them are really stuck in traffic.

02:13For the passengers and those who are stuck, it's an isolated case.

02:17The City Transport and Traffic Management Office issued an alternate route

02:23which you can see on your screen.

02:31Vicky, for now, the vehicles entering DAVAO International Airport are continuously issued.

02:38The previous one-way route was made into a two-way route

02:42after the exit gate of the airport was closed.

02:45It's very near to the KOJC compound.

02:48That's why it's expected that there will be heavy traffic.

02:52But now, the City Traffic personnel are ready to guide the passengers.
