00:42in front of Barangay Kawakan, Lawag, Ilocos Norte, are raging.

00:46Until yesterday, the storm signal No. 2 in Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur was still high.

00:53The coastal barangays in the province were not affected by the storm surge

00:58and the livelihood of the fishermen was affected,

01:01who were unable to go fishing for several days.
