00:00Roster reduction whatever you want to call it and we kind of go back and forth on that
00:19I know there's some names out there already some of the names I think right now that we
00:23haven't seen my experience is we've always tried to trade those guys see if there's any
00:28interest maybe there's some roster gymnastics they can do there's a lot more creativity
00:33now with when you look at vested veterans and what you can do and how you know you could
00:38cut them and bring them back and all those things so those guys over there always kind
00:42of figure those things out they're pretty good at doing that I was gonna in the cross
00:48talk it would you guys think of Trey Lance though the other day with the way his game
00:53and how it how it played out well I thought once again he can be really exciting and
00:58productive but the decision-making I was surprised how many of those picks were just
01:03like thrown right to a guy and I just wanted to see is he seeing things right yeah it's
01:07hard to imagine that he is even when he completes a pass sometimes you're like how late were
01:11you on that thing that was a 10-yard play that could have been a 25-yard play had you
01:15just gotten rid of the ball quicker because the guy's been open this whole time yeah I
01:19think the thing with Trey is that he always doesn't see the field particularly well and
01:23I think when he has to the longer he holds the ball the harder it is for him to make
01:27that throw or to see where you know where he needs to throw that ball I do believe just
01:33watching him play I think there's a lot of talent there no question that I think his
01:37throwing motion they're probably going to need to work on that it seems to be a little
01:40long at times maybe the ball comes out of his hands a little later they could tighten
01:45him up a little bit I think they're going to work on that try and get him to be a little
01:48bit you know a little bit more with a tighter throwing motion to make that you know maybe
01:54get the ball out of his hand a little quicker I do believe he has a problem with grip strength
01:58because I watch him pat the ball and it like it's it's like they're trying to reset he's
02:02trying to reset it in his in his hand and that caused him to be late on some of his
02:07stuff so I you know that I mentioned the first the interception he threw on that sprint ride
02:12option you know they that's a one-two throw play that's not a one-two pat the ball then
02:18throw that's not a situation the last interception he had to the game you know to try and fit
02:24that ball in the seam if he's got a grip on the ball he's going to probably throw that
02:27ball he's going to throw it over the top of a linebacker it's going to be a close play
02:32maybe a bang bang play for the game when it touchdown ball comes completely out of his
02:36hand you know no I thought man they'd somebody tipped that ball now pressure from the back
02:41but he he's stepping in he's throwing it ball a hand in it just helicopters out of his hand
02:46yeah I think there's some I think there's some things that you know you said his hands
02:50were nine and a quarter you know so there's there's some things maybe sweaty ball sweaty
02:55hand whatever you have to do you know that kind of thing fortunate but it there were
03:00a couple like say the readings to help you with that yeah the reads the reads or the
03:04reads are not where they need to be no all the time I mean he's got happy feet in a clean
03:08pocket if his first reads not there all of a sudden you're like hey yeah the longer he's
03:13got no attempts he's got no experience he's got like 500 attempts no question he's super
03:19super green he needs to he needs all the attempts in the world I agree I totally agree
03:24with him because I
