00:07breach of trust, involving RM271,000 of the Council's money.
00:13MPN President, Radwan Cheh Rose, is accused of transferring RM71,000 into a bank account

00:26As the director of MPN Global Reach, Radwan is also accused of transferring RM200,000
00:32to Kefli's account through five checks.
00:36The funds were part of a down payment for a program MPN Global Reach was holding with
00:41UKM Shape, an entity of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
00:46Kefli pleaded not guilty to seven charges of colluding with Radwan at the Sya'alam Sessions
00:52Court today as well.
00:54Radwan and Kefli were charged with committing the offences at the MPN office in Kajang between
00:59March 14, 2023 and April 15 this year.
