00:58double down here on what Ben just said. The right decision
01:01was made for Jacoby Brissett to start even though he's not the
01:03better quarterback. Don't kill your young quarterback trying
01:05to get into bad habits by having a horrendous football
01:08team. Let him play later in the season when everything all the
01:11pressure is away and it looks like you're just trying to get
01:13on to next year. Having said that, tell me you don't know
01:16how to be a head coach without telling me you don't know how
01:18to be a head coach. The reason I bring that up is are we
01:21playing high school games? You come out yesterday and make it
01:24a basically a press release. I know who my starter is gonna
01:26be. I'm just not gonna tell anybody till tomorrow when I
01:28meet with stop the madness, man. Just like I understand
01:32that you've been elevated a head coach. You were handpicked
01:34by the owner and all that, but this is just amateur stuff here
01:38by a head coach. Command the room when you make your
01:41decision, pick the phone up, call both of those quarterbacks,
01:45then tell your team. I'm pretty sure like every company has
01:48like a Slack chat or an email chain or a text chain that says
