00:00Good afternoon. Let's first update on our watchdog, Bagyong Enteng, who is in the Tropical Depression category.
00:09This is Enteng, who was last seen earlier at 4 p.m.
00:13He is at a distance of 115 kilometers east-southeast of Virac, Catanduanes.
00:19He is blowing strong winds of 55 kilometers per hour,
00:23close to Centro and Mugso, which is about 70 kilometers per hour.
00:27He is moving in the direction of northwest at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour.
00:33This is the track that we can see of Enteng.
00:37We can see the yellow that surrounds him.
00:41This is the area of strong winds.
00:43The signal number 1 to 2 is possible in those areas.
00:46And this enclosed white area is the area of probability.
00:52So within this region, Enteng can go to Centro.
00:57We expect that after 24 hours or at 2 p.m. tomorrow,
01:02Enteng is possible at a distance of 170 kilometers east of Valer, Aurora.
01:07And then after 48 hours or 2 p.m. on Tuesday over the coastal waters of Calayan, Cagayan
01:16and September 4, 2 p.m. over the coastal waters of Burgos, Ilocos Norte.
01:22So because of this, in Baguio-Enteng, we have a high tropical cyclone wind signal.
01:29The highest is signal number 1 here in the southeastern portion of Cagayan,
01:35in the eastern portion of Isabela, in the southern portion of Quirino,
01:41in the Ponilio Islands, in the southern portion of mainland Quezon,
01:46here also in Ilocos Norte or Camarines Norte rather,
01:50Camarines Sur, in Catanduanes, in Albay, in Sorsogon,

02:03Then we also have signal number 1 in the northern Samar,
02:08in the eastern Samar, in the Samar, in Biliran, and in the northeastern portion of Leyte.
02:18What do we expect from strong winds?
02:21So this Tropical Depression-Enteng, it is possible that it will bring strong rains
02:26including the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat.
02:29So we can see that there are places that are light blue and white.
02:34So the places that are light blue, this is the cost of Enteng
02:37and the places that are under white are cost by Southwest Monsoon.
02:43So 100 to 200 millimeters of rain in the Ponilio Islands, Catanduanes,
02:47Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, in Masbate, Albay, Sorsogon,

03:20In Oriental Mindoro, in Central Visayas,
03:24and the southern portion of Palawan, western Visayas, and Negros Island Region.

03:57in Cordillera Administrative Region, and in the mainland, Cagayan Valley.
04:03Also in Zambales, Bataan, the southern portion of Mimaropa, and western Visayas.
04:10So possible 100 to 200 millimeters of rain on Tuesday,
04:16in Babuyan Islands, in Apayau, Ilocos Norte,
04:20northern portion of Ilocos Sur, Zambales, and Bataan.
04:23And 50 to 100 millimeters of rain in Batanes, in the mainland, Cagayan,
04:28the southern part of Cordillera Administrative Region,
04:32Ilocos Region, Benguet, La Union, Pangasinan, Metro Manila,
04:36Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, and the northern portion of Palawan.
04:41So in the areas that we mentioned,
04:45we are taking care of our residents in landslides and flood-prone areas,
04:51because it is possible for landslides or landslides to occur.
04:55And in elevated and mountainous areas,
04:58the forecast rainfall is possible to be higher.
05:02So to our countrymen, especially those who have been raining the past few days,
05:06if possible, always be updated on the outcomes of the advisory of Pag-asa,

05:22this enhanced forecast for today to tomorrow afternoon in Mimaropa,
05:27Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Negros Island Region, Eastern Visayas,
05:32those without signals in Eastern Visayas, in Caraga Region,
05:38Northern Mindanao, and Zamboanga Peninsula.
05:41And then for tomorrow afternoon, to Tuesday afternoon,
05:45in Zambales, Bataan, Aurora, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Calabarzon,
05:50Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Caraga Region.
05:55So for Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon,
05:58in Zambales, Bataan, Aurora, Bulacan, Metro Manila,
06:01Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, and Western Visayas.
06:08We also have a high-level gale warning in several cities of our country,
06:12particularly here in Catanduanes, in Camarines Norte,
06:16in the Eastern Coast of Camarines Sur,
06:19Eastern Coast of Albay, Eastern Coast of Sorsogon,
06:22and the Northern and Eastern Coast of Northern Samar.
06:26That's why it is advisable to travel to those areas.
06:30For our hazards in coastal waters,
06:32these are the areas that we mentioned that have gale warning,
06:36and moderate to rough seas in the Eastern Seaboard of Central Luzon,
06:40as well as in the Southern Luzon in areas that do not have gale warning,
06:44and the Eastern Seaboard of Eastern Samar,

07:02and the seaboard of Western Visayas.
07:05Then, Northern and Eastern Seaboards of Caraga Region,
07:09and the Eastern Seaboard of Davao Oriental.
07:14This is what we expect,
07:16this will be a track,
07:18so we expect that the movement of this is generally northwestward
07:23until tomorrow morning.
07:26And then it is possible to landfall in Catanduanes or Albay
07:31in the next 12 hours.
07:34In the remainder of tomorrow,
07:36it is possible to move north-northwestward or northward
07:40after emerging over the waters of Camarines Province,
07:43and it is possible to move over the waters in the eastern part of Luzon.
07:50So from Tuesday to Wednesday,
07:54it is possible to move north-northwestward
07:57and then it is possible to move westward
08:00while decelerating over Luzon Street.
08:05We are not removing the possibility of landfall
08:09in the mainland Northern Luzon or in Baboyan Island.
08:13We also see that the area of probability in the Northern Luzon
08:19is not ruled out.
08:24So in the next 12 hours,
08:26it is possible for Enteng to reach the Tropical Storm category.
08:33And then until Wednesday early,
