00:00Good afternoon to all of our top dates for the upcoming weather and also for the low-pressure area that we are watching for the previous typhoon Kerubin.

00:09We last saw it at a distance of 125 kilometers east of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte.

00:16And the low-pressure area is said to have a medium chance of redeveloping into a tropical depression.

00:22But even if it is LPA, we expect that it will still fall during rainy season.

00:27Light to moderate to the times heavy rains in the whole of Visayas and Mindanao.

00:33So to our fellow countrymen, especially those who live in low-lying areas and in mountainous areas,

00:38we are being careful with the possibility of flooding and landslides.

00:43Cheerline, in the case of cold and hot winds, will also cause scattered rains in some parts of Bicol Region.

00:52So to our fellow countrymen, we are being careful with the possibility of heavy rains.

00:58In Amihan, we expect that there will be heavy rains in Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Maulap, Oriental Mindoro, and Marinduque.

01:21Where it is possible that there will be heavy rains or landslides this afternoon, later tonight, and early tomorrow.

01:31For the time being, the Bicol Region will continue experiencing heavy rains,

04:48in Cebu, and in Bohol.

04:52In all parts of Karaga, we also expect moderate to heavy rains

04:57in Kamiguin, Misamis Oriental, and Misamis Occidental.

05:01On Saturday afternoon, even in Palawan,

05:05we expect heavy to intense rains.

05:09So, please be careful and be prepared for the upcoming rains.

05:15On Saturday afternoon until Sunday afternoon,

05:19we expect moderate to heavy rains in some parts of Visayas,

05:23but we also expect moderate to heavy rains in the rest of Bicol Region.

05:29In Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Marinduque, and Oriental Mindoro,

05:37we expect heavy to intense rains,

05:41as well as in Palawan.

05:43We also expect moderate to heavy rains in Laguna, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro,

05:50Panay Island, Romblon, and in other parts of Bicol Region,

05:56particularly in Masbate, Sursugon, Albay, and Catanduanes.

06:02In the summer provinces,

06:06we still expect moderate to heavy rains.

06:12So, in the areas that I mentioned that may experience moderate to heavy

06:16or intense or heavy to intense rains for the next three days,

06:20we urge our countrymen to be careful and prepare for the rains

06:26brought by the shear line and the LPA.

06:29Because it is possible that there will be heavy rains

06:32where we live in low-lying areas,

06:34and in mountainous areas,

06:36it is possible that there will be floods and landslides.

06:40We urge our local government,

06:43because if this is the situation that we expect,

06:47and if we need to evacuate,

06:49they are the ones who can help us so that we can go to a safe place.
