TAS SES responds to 347 calls for assistance amid wild weather

Destructive winds focused on the state's north and north-west, as well as flooding events damaged power networks and properties state-wide. More than 35,000 thousand residents are still without power. Some conditions are set to ease, but residents should stay across the current warnings as threatening conditions continue to loom for the coming 24 hours.
