00:00The Philippine National Police investigated the Umanoy Reward and Quota System

00:04in the Anti-Illegal Drug Campaign during the last administration.

00:08In an interview, PNP Chief Police General Romel Marbiel said

00:13that the existence of a review panel that will be formed by the Quad Staff of the PNP

00:18along with the Human Rights Office and the Internal Affairs Office

00:22is because he is taking the allegation seriously that the public ordered it.

00:28PNP Chief Target also added that in the passage of the Anti-Illegal Drug Strategy

00:35that strictly follows the rule of law and respect for human rights,

00:40the findings of the review panel will lay the effective ways

00:46to combat illegal drugs in the country and, perhaps, the integrity

00:50in maintaining the safety of the public.
