00:37I want to make it a merit-based system.

00:40Who gets promoted and who doesn't.

00:45And I've tried my best in my province that there's no violence there.

00:50And I want to institute that in the Philippines.

00:52The PNP will discuss this with Cremulia.

00:55But there's already a police officer for the right promotion of the police.

01:00There's a scheduled command conference next week.

01:04If this can be discussed, I'm sure the PNP will show

01:10if there are transfer and movements, particularly in recent days,

01:15as an option for the next retirement of our senior officers.

01:19Meanwhile, Cremulia confirmed that on December 15,

01:23the Pogo Hubs in Island Cove, Cavite will be closed.

01:26He will be the one to make the operation stop.

01:31According to the President's directive,

01:34all Pogo Hubs in the country will be closed until the end of the year.

01:38The Island Cove used to belong to the Cremulia family.

01:41According to Calihim, since this event in 2018, he has not been able to enter.
