00:00Have you suddenly found your computer is infected and no matter what you do, you can't get rid
00:03of the bug?
00:04I'm going to show you how you can remove any bug off of any computer, even if you don't
00:08have antivirus, even if you don't have malware protection, even if you don't know a single
00:12thing about fixing computers.
00:13It's fully automated and 100% free.
00:16Let's check it out.
00:17Now, just to make it a little more interesting, today's test subject is going to be my personal
00:21laptop and to up the stakes a little bit more, I'm going to remove antivirus and malware
00:26protection so my machine is going to be completely exposed.
00:30First thing that I'm going to do is I'm going to start going through my spam email and just
00:33start clicking on everything.
00:34And then to take it up a notch, I'm going to actually go and download malware to my
00:38machine.
00:39You're going to do what?
00:40So before you call the computer guy, let me show you how easy it is to fix your own computer.
00:45So here's my test subject running perfectly, running clean, zero bugs, but not for long.
00:50So some people may call me crazy for purposefully downloading bugs to a computer.
00:54Is it insane?
00:56But what I wanted to do is show you no matter how bad your computer is, you can easily fix
01:01it.
01:02Put your credit card away.
01:03Everything I'm about to show you is 100% free and it actually works.
01:06So first thing I want to do is show you how the computer runs normally and this would
01:09be a good example of when your computer's running like it's supposed to.
01:12I've got antivirus and malware protection on here, but I'm going to remove all those.
01:16So stick around to the end of the video because I do have some extra tips that are going to
01:19help you going forward after you remove these bugs.
01:22I'm going to remove the Avast free antivirus that I have installed and then I'm going to
01:25remove the malware bytes I also have installed.
01:30Before I start putting bugs on this computer, I want to go ahead and download the program
01:33first because it's entirely possible that some of these bugs may knock out my internet.
01:37It might not be a bad idea to go ahead and download this file on your computer just in
01:42case you do have a problem later.
01:44You won't need internet access to fix it.
01:45To download TronScript, you just simply want to go to Google and then in the search box
01:49type in download TronScript.
01:53The first link that comes up is a GitHub link.
01:56Scroll down on this page to where you see this section, do not download.
01:59Click on the TronScript Reddit link directly below it.
02:03This will take you to the official TronScript Reddit.
02:05On the right side, scroll down.
02:07Directly underneath the Reddit premium box, you'll see a download link.
02:11Click on that.
02:12The next page that comes up, scroll down to the download section and choose any of these
02:16official mirrors and it will take you to the actual directory links that you need.
02:21Click on the first .exe Tron link to download the file.
02:24Okay, so I've got the Tron file downloaded, but I'm going to show you what I would recommend
02:28for you when you open it in the download folder before you actually extract the program.
02:33What we're going to do is we're going to create an emergency folder.
02:35That way when you actually need it, you'll know exactly where to go to find the files
02:39you need.
02:40I'm going to right click on this Tron file and choose cut.
02:43In the downloads folder, I'm just going to right click and create a new folder and I'm
02:47going to call it exclamation mark computer emergency.
02:50The reason I do that is now alphabetically you can see it's the very first folder.
02:55When you panic, that's where you're going to want to go.
02:56I'm just going to open that folder and I'm going to right click and paste the Tron file
03:01into that folder.
03:02Now, if you remember, I told you earlier that there was a little secret that I had for you
03:05and I'm going to show you what that is.
03:08What you're going to want to do is you're going to want to go to Google.
03:10You're going to search for download R kill.
03:13The very first link that comes up is bleeping computer.
03:15Just click on it.
03:16Just click on this green button right here and that will download the program.
03:20Now when you have the option to save it, put it in that computer emergency folder next
03:23to the Tron file.
03:24Now you're done with all the emergency files you're going to need.
03:27So whether you're actively fixing the computer right now, if you can download that file,
03:31definitely do that.
03:32I'll explain why in just a second.
03:33If you're not actively infected, but you're just doing this for protection, you're going
03:37to want this file.
03:38What R kill does, it kills any active Windows processes, including malware and viruses and
03:44spyware and anything that doesn't need to be running.
03:46A lot of times the only way you can fix a computer is if you stop the bug from actively
03:50running.
03:51Now as soon as you restart the computer, all of those things will come back.
03:54But while you're working on it, R kill will kill all that stuff and allow you to start
03:58running the Tron.
03:59Now what you're going to want to do is you want to go ahead and double click on Tron
04:02script.
04:03What that's going to do is it's going to self extract and create a sub folder inside the
04:06folder that you downloaded the Tron script to.
04:09Now as you can see here, there is now a Tron folder.
04:12Double click on the Tron folder.
04:13There's one folder and three files.
04:16That's where you want to be right now if your computer is not infected.
04:19Now because my computer is not infected, we need to take care of that right now.
04:23So what I'm going to do is I'm just going to start infecting my machine.
04:26So I'm going to start clicking on links and we'll see what happens.
04:28Oops.
04:29I forgot to remove the Malwarebytes web shield.
04:31Hang on.
04:32So that's removed.
04:33It should allow the bugs to do whatever it is they're going to do.
04:37What I'm actually going to do now is I'm going to purposely go to a website that is a malware
04:41repository where I can go download any bug I want.
04:46And so I'm just going to go through and I'm just going to pick a handful of them at random.
04:50I think five or six good malware infections should probably do the trick.
04:56So all the malware has been downloaded.
04:58Let's run it and see what happens.
05:01I can already tell a difference in speed.
05:03I've got the little blue circle of death.
05:06My computer never does that.
05:07So it's already running processes in the background that you probably are familiar with if you've
05:13ever seen that.
05:14Suddenly everything's slow for no reason.
05:16Well there's a reason.
05:17It's probably because you picked up a bug.
05:19So I have removed all my security.
05:21I've downloaded a few bugs.
05:22I've clicked on a few emails.
05:24I've tried to download some questionable things on the internet.
05:28And as you can see, I'm already starting to get pop-ups all over my computer.
05:31I haven't even restarted yet.
05:33I'm going to do that now.
05:34Let's see what happens after a reboot.
05:36I got a bunch of pop-ups telling me I need to contact Microsoft because my computer's
05:41been infected.
05:42This is more what I'm talking about.
05:43This is the kind of stuff people get on a daily basis.
05:45I've got a ton of browser extensions going on.
05:49I've got programs that I didn't install.
05:53I've got downloads running.
05:56I don't even know what half this stuff is.
05:58So this is a good indicator for you that you've definitely got a problem.
06:03So the first thing you're going to always want to try to do is just close as many browser
06:07windows as you can if you have these kind of pop-ups.
06:11Now in some cases, you are not going to be able to do that.
06:14So if you remember from earlier, we downloaded the Arkhill program.
06:18Now it's time to go and run it to get rid of some of this stuff.
06:21So go to your search box or your Windows Explorer.
06:24Go to that folder, double-click Arkhill, click OK.
06:27Anything that's potentially malicious should be stopped by Arkhill once that process starts.
06:33Just look how much slower my computer is.
06:35It's creeping along where it was super fast earlier.
06:38This is what happens when you get a really bad infection, but we're going to fix it.
06:42Now the good news is, is if Arkhill doesn't stop the processes, it's not the end of the
06:47world.
06:48The Tron script will do its job.
06:50This is a good start if there's any actual virus infections, not just annoying pop-ups.
06:56If you look on the screen now, you can already see where Arkhill is stopping existing processes.
07:02Let it run.
07:03Look at all the things it's finding just on a few accidental downloads.
07:06Now unfortunately, a lot of people go through this where they click on something accidentally
07:10and one thing turns into two, which turns into 12, and then they have nothing but pop-ups
07:15all over their screen.
07:17This is the most common thing I see every single day.
07:20Now the other thing I would recommend while Arkhill is running, anything that is actively
07:25running like this Restoro program, if you can stop it manually, I would definitely recommend
07:29you do that.
07:30I'm going to show you another thing you can do real quick before you start the Tron script
07:34that's going to make a huge difference.
07:36So I'm just going to go ahead and close any windows I can.
07:39A lot of these things are going to run as soon as you restart the computer.
07:42So while Arkhill has them basically under lock and key, that's when we want to run this
07:46utility.
07:47Arkhill is finished.
07:48It's brought up a log file.
07:49You can just close that.
07:51So before you run the Tron script, anything that you think might have been installed,
07:55you still want to go into your window settings if you can, go into apps, and then you're
08:00going to click on by install date.
08:03What this is going to do is this is going to show you any programs that might have accidentally
08:08been installed when you got attacked.
08:10Now the vast majority of time, what you end up with is spyware and browser extensions
08:16and some programs, but it's always a good idea to go ahead and just check and see what's
08:21installed because if you can remove it yourself, it's going to make sure that you get that
08:26much cleaner after the Tron script runs.
08:29So before I run Tron script, I want to run a quick scan with Malwarebytes just to see
08:33how infected my computer actually is.
08:35So the Malwarebytes scan ran and it found 134 infections.
08:40Now if you can't uninstall any programs and you can't click on anything in the task bar,
08:45that's okay.
08:46Tron script is going to do all the work for you.
08:48So if you remember earlier, we downloaded Tron script.
08:51You're going to go back to the computer emergency folder that we created earlier, go to the
08:54Tron folder, and then what you're going to do is you're going to right click on Tron
08:59and then you're going to run as administrator.
09:01You'll see this pop up.
09:02Click yes.
09:03Tron script is going to go out and it's going to download the latest debloat and malware
09:07removal lists.
09:09So just be patient and wait for it to finish.
09:11Program is going to give you a prompt just letting you know it's not responsible for
09:14any damage that happens.
09:15Don't worry about it.
09:16Nothing bad is going to happen.
09:17Just type I agree in all caps and hit enter.
09:20And then you're going to hit any key to continue.
09:23Now this is where the magic happens.
09:25First thing it's going to do is it's going to create a system restore point and now the
09:28program is going to ironically launch Rkill, the same program we just ran a few minutes
09:34ago.
09:35At this point, you really don't have to do anything other than sit back and wait.
09:39I've seen this process take as little as two hours up to 12 hours.
09:43The good news is when it's done, you're done.
09:46Your computer's clean.
09:47But there are still a couple things that we'll have to do afterwards.
09:50Stick around to the end of the video and let me show you how to do the final cleanup to
09:54make sure you're 100% clean.
09:56You may get prompted to download Microsoft.net.
09:58That's perfectly okay.
09:59Just follow the prompts and then let that run.
10:02Tron script will continue after that.
10:04So the program launches McAfee Stinger, which is a standalone antivirus utility.
10:10Then it launches TDSS Killer, which is a rootkit scanner.
10:15Then it launches individual utilities, cleaning Internet Explorer, removing temp files, using
10:20CCleaner to get rid of excess crap on your computer.
10:24So I let Tron script run overnight.
10:25It's restarted the computer.
10:27Everything seems to be much better as far as response time.
10:31Things that I click on are opening very quickly now.
10:33So I've got a pretty good feeling that Tron script did its job, but there are a few other
10:36things that we still need to clean up.
10:38If you look in the system tray, there's still a couple apps that were installed that we
10:42need to remove.
10:43So I'm going to go to the start menu, which is where they'll appear, and I'm going to
10:46right click on each of them and uninstall them.
10:50So I've got a few other programs here that are leftovers.
10:53No big deal.
10:54I'll just go through and uninstall each of them.
10:59Because we ran the Tron script, now everything is relatively responsive.
11:03So when I click on and uninstall, it actually pops it right up, which it didn't do before.
11:07It took forever to do anything.
11:09I took a computer that was nothing but pop-ups and all kinds of crap, and now it's usable
11:14again.
11:15Now we've removed any leftover programs.
11:17There's only one thing left to do, and that is to remove items from Startup.
11:22So I want to right click on my taskbar, go to Task Manager, and then I want to go to
11:25the Startup tab.
11:27So anything that is still leftover in Startup, I want to simply disable it.
11:31Just right click and disable.
11:32Now you're back with a computer, and your PC will be back to optimum performance again,
11:36saving you a service call with just a couple clicks and a little bit of your time.
11:41Just because you have a clean computer doesn't mean you have the most optimized computer.
11:44So if you watch this video right here, I literally take you through every single step you need
11:48to know on how to make your computer run as fast as humanly possible.
11:51Thanks so much for watching.
11:52I'll see you in the next video.
