00:07and the storm of Bernard Ferrero.

00:11Neneng's family did not go home.

00:13Their house in Barangay Santa Ana, San Mateo, Rizal

00:17was flooded because of the typhoon Enteng.

00:20It's really my first time.

00:22In the summer, there's no such thing.

00:24This is where I experienced the typhoon San Mateo.

00:27How do you feel?

00:29I'm scared.

00:31I'm scared of the water.

00:32I can't swim.

00:34Neneng's family has a problem

00:36where to get their house built.

00:39Because of the trauma, they want to go home

00:42to their province, Calbayog, Samar.

00:44But they don't have a place to stay.

00:46Nina also ran away.

00:47She and her other children were hit by the typhoon.

00:49Her story is that their house was flooded

00:52and was built near the river.

00:54Our house is on the second floor.

00:57We live near the river.

00:59When there's a typhoon like this,

01:01we're the first ones to be flooded.

01:04In Dados, Barangay Santa Ana,

01:06more than 500 families ran away

01:08from San Mateo Elementary School.

01:10Some residents were given medicine.

01:12Some also drowned.

01:14In Barangay Banaba,

01:16almost 6 families ran away from the flood.

01:19Relief goods were distributed to the affected residents.

01:22Rose Ann's situation was dire.

01:25After the landslide,

01:27she was able to stay at her house

01:29in Barangay San Jose, Antipolos City.

01:31My two children ran away from the school.

01:36They were crying.

01:38I told them,

01:40they were able to come back

01:42because they were able to cry.

01:44We were able to go out

01:46because we were able to go out.

01:49I told them,

01:51we were able to go out

01:53because we were able to go out.

01:55We were able to go out.

01:57Joy was also crying

01:59while she was telling the story

02:01of her house that was also affected by the landslide.

02:03My house was flooded.

02:05The landslide destroyed the house.

02:09The house was also affected by the landslide.

02:13They didn't want to flee,

02:15but out of fear,

02:17they decided to flee to other residents in the area.

02:20They immediately went to Tiofila Rovero Elementary School,

02:23one of the evacuation centers in Antipolos City.

02:26According to the last record of the CDRRMO of Antipolos,

02:29seven people were affected by the landslide.

02:32Four of them were affected by the landslide

02:35while three were affected by a flood yesterday.

02:38The local government continues to work to help

02:41and to avoid this kind of tragedy again.
