The recent sinkhole incident at Kuala Lumpur's Jalan Masjid India was an isolated case and does not mean the capital is unsafe to live in, said Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming, adding that every state and federal territory has done utility mapping and land structure studies all the time in phases.
