00:00A man was injured after he hit a concrete barrier on the EDSA busway while driving his SUV.

00:07The driver had to break the window of the vehicle to get out.

00:13He hit a concrete barrier on the EDSA busway near White Plains in Quezon City.

00:22That SUV passed by at 8 in the morning earlier.

00:25And based on the CCTV footage of the MMDA,

00:29we can see that the driver's running was a bit slow.

00:32The driver did not get out of the vehicle even though he was close to the authorities.

00:39But when they looked inside the SUV,

00:42they noticed that the driver was not moving.

00:45That's why they had to break the window of the vehicle.

00:50Our action should be quick because a minute or a second really counts.

00:54So when they saw that the driver was not moving,

00:57they were forced to do the action of breaking the glass of the vehicle.
