00:00A rush hour of traffic was caught up by a truck on Mel Lopez Boulevard in Manila.

00:06Let's find out the latest traffic situation on the live coverage of Jamie Santos.

00:17The 40-foot trailer truck that crashed on Mel Lopez Boulevard in Manila has been towed.

00:25But it hasn't been towed yet because it still needs to unload 1,000 sacks of rice.

00:36Using a forklift, the container on the side of the trailer truck is slowly being towed.

00:42It crashed on the road and blocked traffic on Mel Lopez Boulevard

00:47due to the heavy traffic of the rush hour earlier.

00:50Only one lane was passed after the 40-foot trailer truck was towed.

00:55An MMDA personnel is reminding the motorists of the rush hour earlier.

01:00The zipper lane on the southbound lane was also opened to slow down the traffic.

01:05Some motorists were stuck in traffic for several hours.

01:10The trailer truck hit a concrete barrier so the front part was damaged.

01:15The windshield was also broken.

01:17According to the MMDA, the trailer truck driver said that the truck suddenly braked in front of him.

01:23He tried to avoid the sedan that was in between them so it wouldn't get stuck.

01:28That's why it hit the concrete barrier.

01:30Because of the weight of the container, it slid.

01:33It's a good thing that the container didn't hit the sack of rice.

01:37The driver of the trailer truck was brought to the hospital after being hit by several blows to the body.

01:43There was a truck that made a U-turn.

01:44And then it hit a bump.

01:47The driver of the vehicle in front of him tried to avoid it.

01:51He tried to avoid the small vehicle, the sedan, the car.

01:58Because of the weight of the container, the balance was lost.

02:02The truck couldn't handle it.

02:04It was just a small hit and the truck was deformed.
