00:05after doing an aerial inspection in Marikina and in the province of Rizal.

00:18in the areas most affected by the Enteng typhoon,

00:21particularly in Marikina and the province of Rizal,

00:24the Executive Board did not hide the dismay

00:27to the cloudy mountains and forests

00:29that caused the landslide to become a widespread flood.
