00:47that new energy is needed and that state institutions must be set up to achieve results.
00:53This is the biggest reshuffle since Russia's invasion in February 2022.

01:02and served in different capacities.
01:04Without the possibility of having elections due to martial law, not much more can be done,
01:08says one MP.
01:09Well, it is important to understand that in Ukraine, cabinet ministers is basically the
01:16only governmental body that can be reshuffled during the time of war, during the martial
01:22law state.
01:23We cannot have elections of parliament, we cannot have elections of president.
01:28But of course, we need new energy, we need new people, we need new approaches, at least
01:34in government.
01:35In October 2023, Ukraine was supposed to hold parliamentary elections and a presidential
01:39election in the spring of 2024.
01:42But with Russia's full-scale invasion, the voting was legally prohibited.
01:47Around 18% of the country's territory is currently occupied by Russia, and millions have been
01:51forced to flee.
01:53We do expect organization of even new ministries due to the situation that we have so many
02:03people abroad and we have to have this better communication with them.
02:08So just Minister of Foreign Affairs cannot do that.
02:11By the end of 2023, 4.9 million Ukrainians lived abroad because of Russia's invasion,
02:16and half of them could not return to Ukraine.
02:21The man killed in a shootout with officers near the Israeli consulate in Munich was known
02:29to police in Austria.
02:32Searching his home in Salzburg, police say the man, identified as 18-year-old Emra I,
02:37had come to the attention of police in February last year and had been investigated for terrorist
02:42links.
02:43In advance of the incident in 2023, the responsible security authority confirmed the police-involved
02:52weapon ban in Salzburg and this would be valid until 2028.
02:58Emra I, identified by police as an Austrian national with Bosnian roots, was spotted by
03:03police near the Israeli consulate carrying a long firearm.
03:07He engaged in a shootout with five local police officers who opened fire with their service
03:11weapons.
03:12Authorities believe he was planning an attack on the Israeli consulate, but the motive is
03:17still being investigated.
03:18We cannot say anything about the motive at the moment.
03:23This will also be the subject of investigations.
03:25We are sensitive to such a day as today and were also here with object protection forces
03:31on site.
03:32Israel's foreign ministry said the consulate in Munich was closed when the shooting occurred.

03:48That ended with the deaths of 11 Israeli team members, a West German police officer and
03:53five of the assailants.

04:06an affair with influencer Maria Rosario Boccia.
04:11He had also nominated her as his advisor for major events, which Boccia shared in a post
04:16on Instagram.
04:18He apologized to the government, his collaborators and his wife, saying Boccia's nomination has
04:23since been revoked.
04:26He also expressed willingness to resign should it be sought by Italian Prime Minister Giorgio
04:30Maloni.

04:52overturned in floodwater.
04:54A river overflowed in Val di Susa, collapsing two bridges, blocking a provincial road and

05:53Protesters have marched in Tel Aviv, carrying coffins draped with the Israeli flag, symbolizing
05:58the hostages still being held by Hamas in Gaza.

06:06Israel last October.
06:08Protesters are angry at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for not doing enough to secure their
06:12return.
06:14On Wednesday, Netanyahu said Israel must keep open-ended control of Gaza's border with Egypt,
06:19which protesters fear could derail ceasefire talks.
06:28The first batch of Mpox vaccines has arrived in the Democratic Republic of Congo, three
06:32weeks after the World Health Organization declared a health emergency of international
06:37concern.
06:38The 100,000 doses, manufactured by the Danish company Bavarian Nordic, have been donated
06:43by the European Union through HERA, the bloc's agency for health emergencies.
06:48These deliveries are part of the 215,000 vaccine doses that the European Commission's
06:54HERA, that is the Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority, procured and also
07:01pledged to share with affected countries in Africa.
07:05Congolese authorities confirmed a further 100,000 doses are expected to be delivered

07:44and treatments from their stockpiles.

08:06World Nomad Games.
08:08Athletes use ancient warfare skills of historically nomadic peoples in sports like horse wrestling,
08:16horseback archery, martial arts and falconry, but also compete in cultural and scientific
08:23games.
08:25The aim is to develop and preserve the ethno-cultural movement, which has in host country Kazakhstan
08:33one of its most important cradles.
08:46Over 2,000 athletes and around 90 countries will be there.
09:00The list of participating nations has grown way beyond those with a nomadic heritage.
09:06What's interesting is that we see countries coming, the geography of participating countries
09:12from Australia to Canada, from South Africa to Great Britain, those states that have little
09:19nomadic history in the past, so meaning that these games are actually going around the
09:25world and we see this great interest.
09:28The World Nomad Games take place from Sunday the 8th of September to the 13th of September.
09:43This wall, built in the heart of the Polish forest of BialowieΕΌa, has been dividing Belarus
09:50to my left from Poland for two years, a barrier against the influx of thousands of migrants,
09:55of which Minsk is accused of orchestrating the transition towards the European Union,
10:00a subject that polarizes the Polish opinion more than ever.
10:12Peace and glory to our heroes!
10:35We care about the security of our country, first of all our families,
10:41our values that Poland has.
10:45We also walk along the border to stop this wave of illegal immigration.
11:10I would like to stay in Poland because of what they have done to me.
11:17If I go back to Poland, I will die.
11:24If there is no vote to accept these international security resolutions,
11:28then unfortunately they will be put on the border and expelled to Belarus.
11:33But I hope that such a scenario will not happen.
