00:00Thank you very much.
00:30I have come to see him, I have come to understand your pain.
00:42I am a farmer myself, so I know the pain of a farmer.
00:47I understand the problem of a farmer.
00:50Here we have seen that the fields have been filled with water for 8-9 days.
00:56Different types of crops like mango, turmeric, banana, brinjal, different types of bottle gourd,
01:07all these crops have been completely destroyed.
01:10And when the crop is destroyed, it is not only the crop that is destroyed,
01:15the farmer's life is also destroyed.
01:17But I, the state government and the central government,
01:21under the leadership of respected CM Chandra Babu Naidu Garu
01:24and Prime Minister Narendra Modi,
01:27the central government, we assure you
01:30that we will take the farmers out of this crisis.
01:34And so, do not cry.
01:38Do not lose hope.
01:41The crop is lost, but life will not be lost.
01:45We will take all possible measures so that the farmers can survive again
01:50and again return to their lives with happiness.
01:53The central government will fully support the state government
01:57and both governments will work together.
01:59Many issues have come to my attention,
02:01like one issue is the tenant of farmers.
02:04Those who take it on lease, they do not get the benefits of many schemes.
02:10Therefore, we will think carefully
02:13about what schemes can be made for those who take the land on lease.
02:19There are different schemes for the land owners.
02:22The sad thing is that the old government did not take advantage of the scheme
02:27of Prime Minister Fasal Beema.
02:29It did not deposit premiums.
02:31That is why the farmers were not compensated for the loss of premiums.
02:37But yesterday, we discussed with the Chief Minister.
02:40We will make such a policy
02:42that the state government will deposit premiums
02:45and the farmers will take advantage of the scheme of Prime Minister Fasal Beema.
02:49We will focus on this.
02:50Temporary relief is needed.
02:53The fund of SGRF is around Rs. 3400 crores,
02:58which includes the share of the central government.
03:01We will try to provide temporary assistance to the farmers.
03:06After that, how can we help the farmers?
03:09Under different schemes,
03:11including the scheme of Prime Minister Fasal Beema,
03:13we will try our best to help the farmers.
