00:00The Department of National Defense was shocked when KOJC leader Pastor Apolo Quibuloy and other accused members were transferred to the custody of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

00:11According to the DND, the AFB is not the right place for the custody of suspects with criminal cases.

00:19That's why Quibuloy and his associates are still imprisoned in the PNP Custodial Center.

02:06despite the order of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 106 to transfer them to a prison.

02:14In the commitment order of the QCRTC where there is a child and sexual abuse case against Quibuloy,

02:20the pastor and Cresente Canada were ordered to be imprisoned in the New Quezon City Jail

02:25while in the QC Jail Female Dormitory, Jacqueline Roy, Ingrid Canada, and Silvia Semanets were imprisoned.

02:32The PNP explained that they will repeat the order in the QCRTC

02:37to show that there is also a commitment order in the PNP Custodial Center where Quibuloy was imprisoned.

02:44In the PNP Custodial Center Branch 159, there is a case of qualified human trafficking against Quibuloy

02:51that is unbailable.

02:54We don't want to run the risk that they will be transferred to the QC and they will be bailed and the PNP will lose control.

03:03We just have to really harmonize these court orders.

03:07We don't expect any movement today because the PNP will file a comment or probably to inform RTC 106

03:17that there is an existing order and at least order from the RTC PASIG because it is unavailable.

04:04where the former Bambantarlac Mayor, Alice Go, was also detained.

04:13when she was hostage here by three Abu Sayyaf members.

04:24Quibuloy can only be visited every Tuesday to Sunday,

04:33Meanwhile, the Department of National Defense filed an opposition paper in the RTC PASIG

04:39to pass a motion to imprison Quibuloy in the custody of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

04:46This is one of the motions of the KOJC camp,

04:49aside from the appeal of the house arrest.

04:51The DND explained that the operational and security protocols in the facilities of the AFP are strict,

04:59so this is not the right place for the custody of suspects with criminal cases.

05:05First, the allegations against the accused are the so-called heinous crimes

05:12committed by our civilian courts.

05:16It is only right that the custody of the accused should remain in our law enforcement agencies

05:25and not in the military.
