00:00How do you see the future of consumer goods?
00:04From the point of view of consumption, the choice that has already been made a long time ago
00:10is to offer the consumer a strong development of the products with our brand,
00:16this in order to be able to combine a lower price and therefore a greater convenience of the same
00:23with a safeguard of the levels of quality and sustainability
00:28that with our policies we are able to offer with these products.
00:32This actually allows a savings for Italian families,
00:36without renouncing the quality they are looking for,
00:40which is certainly unique compared to the European panorama.
00:43In fact, the results are coming, there are, the consumer is moving in this direction,
00:49a sign that, in short, the choice has been made and that it can actually contribute
00:55to the reduction of family spending.
00:57It must be considered that these last few years have seen for the first time in our country
01:05a contraction of food volumes, something that had never happened since the post-war period.
01:11Today inflation is stopping, we have some strange signal,
01:17which we hope will not be consolidated because some markets, unfortunately,
01:20are showing new growth.
01:23But even, let's say, with steady inflation, we must consider that the level of prices
01:29remains very high compared to that of a few years ago.
01:34And therefore, a response to families must be given with product solutions
01:39capable of, let's say, guaranteeing a savings quota that could not be offered before.
