00:00Pastor Apolo Quibuloy and four other accused remain in the PNP Custodial Center in the other side of the court order that they were transferred to the BJMP facility.

00:10The PNP explained the reason why Pastor Apolo Quibuloy's face was covered by the media yesterday.

00:22These are the official mugshots of Pastor Apolo Quibuloy and his four accused.

00:28These were posted online by Interior Secretary Bernard Abalos with the caption,

00:32No one is above the law.

00:34Their faces are clear and their names are complete, unlike those released by the PNP yesterday.

00:39The PNP's policy is to follow the advisory and guidance of the Commission on Human Rights that we should not be exposing their identities.

00:52When Pastor Apolo Quibuloy was presented to the media yesterday, his face was covered and it was almost unrecognizable.

00:58Because of the request of the lawyers and the individual, we really cannot force them to show their faces.

01:08In the post of Pastor Apolo Quibuloy's lawyer, he mentioned the violation of the agreement of the Pastor, although it is not clear what it is exactly.

01:21The Crescent City RTC Branch 106 was ordered to transfer Pastor Apolo Quibuloy and his accused

01:27of child and sexual abuse to the BJMP facility from the PNP Custodial Center.

01:32But the PNP said that the five will remain in the Custodial Center as per the order of the Pasig RTC Branch 159,

01:40where they have a case of qualified human trafficking that cannot be charged.

01:45So we don't want to run the risk that they will be transferred to the Custodial Center and they will be bailed and the PNP will no longer control them.

01:54We just have to really harmonize these court orders.

01:58The PNP spokesperson, Quibuloy, said that it is personal.

02:02He said that it is being adjusted. Of course, it is a new environment, but according to him, he was able to rest.

02:08He said that it is just a little hot, but there is an electric fan there.

02:12On Friday, Quibuloy's arraignment was via videoconference in Crescent City RTC and Pasig RTC, where they are being personally sent.

02:21The PNP and DOJ are already talking to adjust the schedule.

02:25The Davao Regional Police is preparing to call a court order regarding the cases of Quibuloy

02:32or regarding the complaints that will be filed against the police of Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

02:39It is also possible for the regional police to file a complaint against the KOJC.

02:44Our regional legal office is currently studying the cases that we can file against the KOJC.

02:52We are still trying to get the opinion of the KOJC regarding this.

02:56The Davao City Council passed a resolution to call the DILG to investigate the violations of the police

03:04in the constitutional rights of the members of the KOJC.

03:07The resolution is approved.

03:10The DILG and the Regional Police Director have nothing to say about this.
