01:35and ordered the pre-emptive evacuation of four sites of Barangay Yubo in La Carlota City.

01:46Our operation center has been operating for 24 hours.

01:54The LGU admitted that it is having a hard time evacuating the residents.

01:58However, the aid that will be distributed has been prepared to be used as evacuation centers.

02:05We have prepositioned and sent the regional DSWD of non-food and food pack items.

02:13We also have locals here who are prepared for everything that we need here in our evacuation center.

02:25The barangay will receive and adapt to them here below.

02:31The pre-emptive evacuation was also carried out in the town of La Castellana

02:36for the affected residents living within the 4-6-kilometer danger zone.

02:41In the case of the continued eruption of Volcano Canlaona,
