00:00A family in Bulacan suffered a tragedy

00:03after they couldn't get out of their burnt-out house.

00:07PTVA Family spoke exclusively with Isaiah Mirafuentes.

00:14What happened to a whole family in Bulacan, Bulacan

00:20because they were burned together as a minority of 7 years old.

00:27Almost none of the 3 victims were recognized

00:29because of the intense burning of their bodies.

00:33There's a place where the victims were found

00:37where they tried to get out of their burnt-out house

00:40but the fire was too strong.

00:43We were in Alocan, Manila.

00:46It was so hard, so painful.

00:50It's like you don't know if it's true or not.

00:57In this video, you can see the intense fire

01:00that hit the house of the victims.

01:03But when the family asked

01:05how far is the fire station near the burnt-out house.

01:11But they didn't respond immediately.

01:13The people who saw it said that there's a lack of water.

01:21Because the fire station is only 5 minutes away.

01:26They said that there's a lack of water.

01:30The water was only half.

01:31So they left. They said that they were burning.

01:34One of the people who saw the fire

01:37was the left-behind Ibaica.

01:40In front of the house of the victims,

01:42there's an Ibaica shop that was also burnt.

01:45And the family of the victim believed that

01:48the fire started there.

01:49And because it's in Bungad,

01:51the family wasn't able to get out of the burnt-out house.

01:54The three of them were seen a few steps away from the door.

01:59The whole family also witnessed what happened.

02:02Actually, my uncle is so sweet.

02:04He's so sweet, caring.

02:07And he's like...

02:08Actually, he doesn't have a father anymore.

02:10He came back as our father.

02:12Especially the youngest victim,

02:15who's a special child.

02:17My son is always playful.

02:19So whenever we have events,

02:21he's always playful.

02:22My two sons are always mischievous.

02:25So...

02:26He's so sweet and mischievous.

02:27We tried to get the fire station near the house of the victims.

02:33But no one agreed to face us.

02:36According to the residents of the area,

02:38they were told by the firemen

02:40that they ran out of water

02:42because only half of their truck was filled.

02:45According to the BFP,

02:47the burnt-out area is worth almost a million pesos.

02:51For now,

02:52the three victims have escaped.

02:54And the family is calling

02:56for a thorough investigation

02:59into the tragedy.
