00:00At a mixed night party on the beach, Heather invites Caden for a drink, but she declines,

00:05but when she sees her boyfriend Jonah with another girl, she changes her mind.

00:10Mitch asks everyone to hand over their phones and focus on enjoying the party.

00:15Suddenly, Vance and Gilbert bring a giant gooey egg to the party and they play games

00:20and have a lot of fun.

00:21The next morning, Ola wakes up in the lifeguard's cabin.

00:25She goes to the balcony and sees Jonah sleeping in the car with Chanda.

00:29The girl he was with last night.

00:31Behind her are Vance and his girlfriend Ronnie.

00:35Mitch invites the waves, but she declines and wants to go home.

00:39When she looks around, Kylie sees sleeping bags and towels on the sand.

00:44She then sees a bird drowning in the sand.

00:46Kylie warns Marsha not to step on the ground, but it is too late.

00:51When she tries to lift her feet, her hand accidentally touches the sand and she can

00:56no longer move.

00:57She slowly disappears into the sand.

01:00Seeing this, Vance rushes to help Marsha, but he also falls after a few steps.

01:06When he tries to get up, half of his face is injured.

01:09He is very scared because of something like hairs and then gets sucked into the sand.

01:14Everyone is terrified and they have no idea what is happening.

01:18Jonah thinks it is quicksand.

01:20Sean wants to call for help, but all the phones are in the trunk.

01:24After a while they calm down thinking they are safe as long as they don't step on the

01:27sand.

01:28He suggests using the car to escape.

01:31Unfortunately, the car's engine is dead.

01:34They have no choice now but to wait while Kale tries to check the sand.

01:38Gilbert wakes up with his body stuck in a trash can.

01:41He has no idea what is going on so he tries to get out.

01:44The others explain everything to him and they tell him to stay still.

01:49Kylie and Mitch then go inside the cabin and drink while they stay out in the sweltering

01:53heat.

01:54While searching for supplies, Kylie finds a box of matches and puts it in her pocket.

01:59Suddenly they realize that everyone who was camping outside before them has been eaten

02:04by the sand, which shocks them.

02:06While looking around, Kylie sees the sticky eggshell from the previous night in the sand.

02:12The group concludes that the egg has hatched and the mysterious creature that inside it

02:16ate everyone including Vance, Marsha, and Heather.

02:20After that, Mitch O'Kyle throws hot dogs to different places on the beach to see how

02:25big the creature is.

02:26When one of the hot dogs doesn't get sucked into the sand, the group becomes optimistic.

02:32However, they realize that the place is too far to reach, despite the girl's attempts

02:37to stop him.

02:38Jonah uses two surfboards to reach that location.

02:42When he is about to reach the picnic table, the board suddenly moves backwards, forcing

02:46him to put his hands on the table.

02:48The mysterious hairy creature opens the box.

02:51Here, Kyle suggests using the rescue hook.

02:55After all her attempts, she succeeds, but Ronnie crushes her fingers under the hood

03:00of the trunk.

03:01Suddenly, a patrolman drives by the beach, raising their hopes.

03:06Despite all their warnings about the sand, he doesn't believe them and insists that

03:10they are on drugs.

03:12While the others are worried, the man opens the car door and heads to the table.

03:16Jonah is unharmed.

03:18He then goes to Gilbert's place, accusing him of using drugs.

03:22He then tries to get him out of the trash can, but fails.

03:26He then goes to the car and asks Chanda about not helping her move Ronnie's fingers.

03:31His indifferent attitude makes Kelly angry and she asks him to call his supervisor.

03:36Mitch then realizes that it is the shoes that keep the man safe.

03:40When the patrolman approaches Mitch and Kelly, Mitch tells him about his friends being killed

03:45by a mysterious creature in the sand.

03:47He doesn't believe it and orders them to leave the beach.

03:51When the two refuse to move, he threatens to use pepper spray on them.

03:55Unfortunately, when he pulls out the spray, he accidentally drops his keys and tries to

04:00pick them up, but the creature under the sand immediately sucks his hand.

04:05The man sprays the spray on the monster, but half of his arm is cut off.

04:09She has already eaten and finally drags his body under the sand.

04:14So Kyle tries to catch the spray.

04:16Later, Mitch gets the idea that he plans to wear slippers wrapped in towels after soaking

04:21them in the spray liquid, then runs to the patrol car, but when Mitch tries to catch

04:25the second towel from Chanda, the pole he was leaning on breaks and he falls to the

04:30sand.

04:31The monster immediately attacks him and kills him, leaving behind a pool of blood, while

04:36the others are still grieving over Mitch's death.

04:39Kylie sees the monster moving the staircase pole, so she passes one of the broken poles

04:44to Chanda, planning to use it as a bridge.

04:47After that, she jumps into the car from the balcony of the cabin and slaps Chanda because

04:52she got close to her lover.

04:54Chanda does not resist.

04:56Then, Jonah, who was lying on the table, apologizes to Kylie and they reconcile again.

05:03After that, Kylie helps Chanda by pulling Ronnie's fingers from under the trunk lid

05:07and covering them with a towel.

05:09Meanwhile, he tries to move his body backwards, and here she speaks.

05:14Kylie about the plan they will go to the picnic table by the wooden poles and save the gunna

05:18then make another bridge from there to the car Chanda goes first and succeeds in reaching

05:23the gunna and while Kylie walks on the bridge Gilbert cuts his stomach on the edge of the

05:27container and his blood attracts the monster to him.

05:30After Kylie reaches the table it is Ronnie's turn however when she is about to reach the

05:34place she loses her balance and falls on.

05:40On the monster it swallows Ronnie and in a state of despair she follows such as fast

05:45as she can towards the car with her feet wrapped in towels and in the end she succeeds and

05:51the group rejoices in this meanwhile Gilbert ends up being attacked by the creature which

05:55kills him and sucks his body through the dumpster the creature also attacks the car with its

05:59large claws so Chanda falls on her head and loses consciousness leaving her crying next

06:04to the gunna when darkness falls Chanda wakes up on top of the car and accidentally finds

06:09a self inflating raft and throws it on the sand and he blows and she jumps on him and

06:14quickly she and Kylie take Jonah to the car on the raft Chanda and Jonah succeed in crossing

06:21however when Kylie is about to get in the car the ground shakes and she falls on the

06:26raft suddenly huge glowing bodies appear and attack Kylie fortunately she manages to dodge

06:34and jump over the car when she tries to take one of the gas bottles located behind the

06:38car the monster attacks her and throws the bottle spraying gas everywhere Kylie takes

06:44the other gas bottle and scatters it on the sand before the monster attacks her again

06:50she takes out her trust sticks from her pocket and sets the monster on fire then Chanda urges

06:56Kylie to get in the car and close the door they actually lock themselves inside while

07:01the creature shakes the car outside in the end the monster escapes and the two girls

07:06are reassured in the car but at this happy moment we realize that John has already died

07:12from his injuries the next morning they are awakened by a man wearing a diving suit carefully

07:18climbing onto the sand she realizes that the monster is already gone then the man calls

07:23an ambulance while Kylie and Chanda walk off the beach both of them in shock later under

07:29the blue sea we discover that the monster is a giant jellyfish and it is heading towards
