Police and at least two ambulances cordoned off an alleyway off Castle Square in Sheffield city centre on September 14 over reports of a man with a knife. Ivan Walker, 58, of Laird Drive, Sheffield, is charged with possession of a controlled Class B drug and possession of a knife in a public place.
