00:19The S.S.S. branch here in Tambo, Paranaque City will implement the Run After Contribution Evaders.

00:26This is also a way for employers to remind them of their obligation to pay their S.S.S. contribution.

00:35The violation of the Social Security System continues to issue to employers who do not pay their employees' contributions.

00:43Today, five employers in Barangay Tambo were found guilty of the violation.

00:49The Run After Contribution Evaders or R.A.C.E. of the S.S.S. is also a way to remind non-compliant employers to settle their contribution delinquencies.

00:58Under the Republic Act No. 11199 or Social Security Act of 2018,

01:05the security and benefits of Filipino workers, particularly those in the private sector, are stricter.

01:11Under the leadership of S.S.S. NCR South Division Vice President Christine Grace Francisco

01:25and S.S.S. Branch Head Ruena Ann Marie Ocampo, the R.A.C.E. will be implemented.

01:29In April, the R.A.C.E. operation in Quezon City was also launched,

01:33in which 2.7 million pesos were collected from the employees.

01:38The R.A.C.E. was also sampled in five establishments in Makati,

01:43where up to 70 employees were affected by their employers' incorrect contribution.

01:51According to the S.S.S. in August, more than 100 R.A.C.E. operations were conducted in the National Capital Region.
