(Adnkronos) - “I dati di consuntivo 2023 dell’industria nautica italiana vedono una crescita del 13,6%, che segue la crescita a doppia cifra degli altri sei anni precedenti, escluso l’anno della pandemia. Abbiamo raggiunto 8,33 miliardi di euro di fatturato, un picco storico che fa capire quanto sia forte il nostro settore in questo momento”. Così Stefano Pagani Isnardi, direttore dell’ufficio studi di Confindustria Nautica, a margine della prima delle sei giornate della 64esima edizione del Salone Nautico Internazionale di Genova, in svolgimento fino al 24 settembre e dal titolo ‘We are made of sea’.

00:10We have a growth of 13.6%, which follows a double-digit growth of the previous six years,

00:31Certainly the strength of our sector is given primarily by export.
00:37Our shipyards export 90% of the production worldwide, with the United States, which is historically the first market.
00:45The strength of export is given by a mixture of elements that make our boats appreciated by customers all over the world.
00:55So a concentrate of technology, design, innovation, attention to sustainability and also everything that is inside,
01:04because we are elements of the boats that also have other elements of Made in Italy,
01:10such as heritage, textiles, art, and therefore all this mix of beautiful and well-made Italian is certainly winning in all markets of the world.
01:21At the line level we are also with important multipliers,
01:28which bring from 30,000 direct customers to over 200,000 customers in the line,
01:34and certainly also the nautical tourism on our coasts, which attracts boats and shipyards from all over the world,
01:41is a winning element of our line.
