00:00INM is working on three main areas for innovation in the transport system.
00:14The first is electrification.
00:16In the coming years, we aim to fully electrify our surface fleet,
00:22using both the National Resilience Development Fund and our own resources
00:28for a complex process, which is certainly the goal of this type of company.
00:37The second area is digitalization.
00:40Digitalization is a world that is articulated in the application of the Internet of Things,
00:47in mobility systems, new artificial intelligence technologies,
00:51the development of big data, and other areas that transport companies are not used to
01:00and that they are learning to use both to produce the best services
01:05and to present themselves best to their customers.
01:09The last area of innovation that Naples has experienced in recent years
01:14is the creation of art stations.
01:17These are beautiful stations in the metropolitan area,
01:22in which there is a greater sense of security and a greater propensity for use.
01:32This is a successful Neapolitan experiment that can be exported not only to Italy.
