00:00Well, I think the last five weeks where you can say we struggled or had mishaps,
00:06the couple of things that we look at,
00:09all of those weeks we've had
00:11a lot of really good performance sitting on the table.
00:13There's been a lot of things that have been there for us to take advantage of,
00:17and for one reason or another,
00:18things didn't work out, we make a mistake,
00:20whatever the case may be.
00:21So behind the scenes, we've had to work really hard to just get stronger.
00:25I think in an environment like that and with the team that we have,
00:29culture matters, the guys on the team matter,
00:33having everybody bought in to the same direction of what our goals are,
00:37being very honest and open with each other
00:40on mistakes and challenges and areas that we need to improve.
00:43With that, leadership matters,
00:45and I've got to be the one to help make
00:47sure to keep us positive and moving in the right direction.
00:50We have such a great environment with the leadership from Mr. Hendrick,
00:54and Jeff Andrews, and a lot of folks around us,
00:57to let us know that they believed in us,
00:59they know that the team can pull out of the hole that we dug for ourselves.
01:04I'm so proud of the team and thankful for the culture that we have at
01:09Hendrick Motorsports to be able to be with
01:12a group of people that are so like-minded and so bought in to the collective goal.
