00:00The Philippine National Police is opening an investigation into the murder of former PCSO Board Secretary Wesley Barayuga.

00:08The former PCSO General Manager Troy Hina Garma and Napolgong Commissioner Edilberto Leonardo are now investigating the murder.

00:17Their story in the first news of Jonathan Andal.

00:21It's been four years since the former PCSO Board Secretary, Retired Police General Wesley Barayuga, was killed.

00:31But this is still not resolved.

00:33Now, the leader of the PNP ordered to reopen the Barayuga murder case.

00:39Following the arrest of Police Lieutenant Col. Santi Mendoza in the House Squad Committee Hearing,

00:44he was ordered to behead the former PCSO General Manager Roy Hina Garma,

00:51former CIDG Davao Region Director and now Napolgong Commissioner Edilberto Leonardo.

00:56My upperclassmen gave me a job that will ruin my life.

01:15Garma and Leonardo both refused to listen.

01:18Mendoza's revelation requires a thorough re-investigation, said PNP Chief General Romel Marbil.
