04:23Some would say it was only a matter of time before this psycho did some damage
04:27to someone, and right now he's going to work on his opponent, Mike Curry.

05:15from the East and the WWF champion who will return to action in several weeks.
05:19And the WWF champion at home watching this has to relive what happened to him and

05:27Although the difference is another 100 pounds in terms of impact
05:32crashing down to the canvas.

06:43Uh, injury started when I was choke slammed by him.

06:49I landed hard on my elbow there, and then when he, uh, when he gave me the power bomb,
06:55I thought I broke my arm there for a second.
07:00Diesel was unfortunately power bombed the other night and when he came down he landed right on his
07:08injured elbow and when he was dropped he landed right on that and he ruptured his bursal sac
07:17which caused a lot of bleeding and he ruptured part of the tendon insertion
07:24to this part of his elbow where you see the little fragment and bone spur. At surgery we
07:30made an incision from about there all the way down to about here. We repaired the tendon partial
07:37tear and we evacuated the blood clot that was there and we took out the bursal sac that had
07:44been ruptured. So we anticipate a good recovery. This gentleman has been an excellent patient.
07:53He's very intelligent. He's been through injuries before in all of his different athletic careers
07:59and he's well motivated and is on his way to recovery as we speak.
08:06Well I had an elbow injury and I saw the miracles that he did with Lex Luger's arm
08:12and I think that without a doubt just from word of mouth around athletes in the country
08:17I think he's considered by all of us as the number one orthopedic man in the country.
08:23And as you know our American Sports Medicine Institute is housed across the street. We're
08:28very proud of that research facility which is a for non-profit public foundation devoted to
08:37research and education in sports medicine. We're very involved in the biomechanical aspects of
08:45various sports particularly the overhead throwing sports.
08:50Not only in enhancement of performance but particularly important to us
08:54in the prevention of injuries. Well as you know Dietzel's quite tall and in fact when I first
09:00looked at him I was glad it wasn't his shoulder his neck I had to examine. It was his elbow which
09:06put his elbow right at eye level for me. Again a special debt of gratitude to Dr. James Andrews as
09:11well as to Lanier Johnson at HealthSouth Medical Center. Come on don't they calm down you're not
09:15scared don't worry don't worry shut up I'm not scared am I not don't worry you're not scared
09:20do not worry about it I'm ready I've prepared the undertaker I ain't afraid of you.

13:31Core State Spectrum in Philadelphia on pay-per-view totally live at seven o'clock eastern for Pacific.
13:37It was a huge weekend in the World Wrestling Federation. Big Daddy Cool Diesel and Bam Bam
13:42Bigelow have accepted Ted DiBiase's challenge to face Sid and Tataka. Now you saw footage there.
13:48Big Daddy Cool Diesel he is recuperating from that injury. However this past weekend no reservations
13:54with Bam Bam and accepting that matchup. I'm not gonna quit King of the Ring. I'm not gonna quit
14:00being your friend and I'm not gonna quit watching your back and we aren't gonna quit until a corporation
14:09is bankrupt and broke.
14:17And when we mean broke we mean broke.
14:24This is shaping up to be quite a night of action indeed but I'll tell you guys another
14:27match I would love to see. The Hitman Bret Hart taking on Jerry Lawler. How about it Burger,
14:33I mean King. Bret's made his challenge very clear. What are you gonna do?

18:53It was an unfortunate situation with the referee. His foot locked ladies and gentlemen. And the
18:57ropes turned upside down. Could not see what was going on in a matchup with Jerry Lawler
19:02against the Hitman in your house. Could not see what Shinja and Hakushi were doing to help you
19:08out. You gotta be kidding me. Shinja came all the way out there. Made a special trip. Went out of
19:12his way to help the referee back into the ring so that he could count Bret Hart out. Oh he helped
19:16him all right after the damage was done. Body slam. Watch this. And Hakushi down across the
19:23chest. No question about this man's extraordinary athleticism. He's truly one of a kind and really
19:29took Bret the Hitman Hart to the limit. And likely to do it again. And you're wondering the
19:35state of mind Bret Hart is in. I mean Bret is dejected. Let's face it ladies and gentlemen.
19:40He's embarrassed. Embarrassed more than anything that's ever happened in his career Jerry Lawler
19:45because of you. And because of Shinja. What do you have to do to take his mother out? Wait a minute.

20:32of Fame induction ceremony. This gala event happens the night before the King of the Ring
20:37on Saturday June the 24th from the beautiful Marriott Hotel in Philadelphia. Last week we
20:42announced this year's first inductee the late Antonino Raka who wrestled in the 50s and 60s
20:50barefoot. Another inductee this year is the Big Cat Ernie Lang. One of the first athletes to gain
20:56recognition in two sports, football and wrestling. And introducing the third inductee to the WWF
21:04Hall of Fame, Ivan Putski. His signature move, the Polish Hammer. And what Putski match would be
21:11complete without this. Both more inductees will be announced in the weeks to come. Now don't go
21:19away because we'll have a special interview with the WWF Women's Champion Alundra Blaze when we

22:56if you will, due to the interference of this woman who calls herself Bertha Faye.
23:02Well, on April 3rd I regained the championship title and then out of nowhere Bertha Faye,
23:10a woman I don't even know, I didn't, how do you know who she was, came up and busted my nose.
23:16But I will let you know, I am ready for you Bertha Faye. And that little sidekick Harvey
23:23Wimpleman, and I think there are rumors that this is your boyfriend.
23:28But now, I mean, it's much more exciting to be here on Monday Night Raw tonight to let all of my
23:35fans and everyone know that I am back in the WWF, stronger than ever, and to keep the WWF title for
23:45a long, long time. Alright, Alundra Blaze.
23:52Well, we won't have to wait a long, long time to see the King of the Ring,
23:55qualifying match between The Undertaker and Double J, because it's coming up soon.
