00:25Here in the southern portion of the province, sir, it's light to moderate from yesterday afternoon.

00:38In the northern portion, we experienced moderate to heavy from yesterday afternoon.

00:47Sir, what are the provinces that are most affected by the flood?

00:54So far, there are no reports of flooding, sir.

00:58Although we have pre-emptive evacuations in highly susceptible to rain-induced landslides,

01:05like the province of Santa Praxedes and Gataran.

01:14Less than 200 individuals, sir.
