01:08This is the last storm in the coastal waters of Tang Island, Batanes.

01:12This is the storm with a strong wind of 175 kmph and a wind speed of 240 kmph.

01:20This is the storm that moves north-northwestward at a speed of 10 kmph.

01:25For the residents of Sabdang Island, Batanes, they experienced a calm time

01:30because they were able to see the storm Hulian.

01:34But we expect that as it moves further away,

01:37they will be able to see the rain again like the eyewall and rainbans of Hulian.

02:20and also here in Maypolillo Island.

02:23As we can see, it is possible for Hulian to become a super typhoon.
