00:16They have Burke's Hot Dogs.
00:18They've been making Burke's Hot Dogs around here for 33 years.
00:22Shortly before the Burke's came out.
00:24And they have this place here, the Burke's Dog House.
00:27And you know, they serve up the Burke's Hot Dogs.
00:31And you know, they're so serious about hot dogs here,
00:34that the AA team, the Redding Fighting Fellows,
00:37occasionally will play as the Redding Hot Dog Catchers.
00:42Why I have this hat on and not my regular hot dog hat.
00:45So let's see if this dog house is a top dog
00:50or should be sent down to the miners and DFA'd.

01:13Alright, here we go. We got the Burke's Hot Dog.
01:16The coloring, well, it's average.
01:20Bun to dog ratio, though, sub-standard.
01:24See, the dog don't stick out of the bun.
01:28This is a little smaller than the bun.

02:11And here's the chili cheese, the coney dog.

02:33The cheese and the chili do add a little extra touch to it.

02:59This place was pretty mediocre.

03:07and which places are Double A.
03:12Not that Double A is bad,
03:14but I have a higher standard.
