00:00I'm Mark Latham, I'm Regeneration Director at Urban Splash. So what's
00:05happening today is that we're opening up Coal Brothers again for the first time
00:08in a number of years for the public to come in. We've got display boards and
00:13information about our plans, our thoughts, but it's also very much about allowing
00:18people to tell us what they think and what they feel about the future of Coal
00:23Brothers. And it's been, to be honest, it's been great. It's been very busy but it's
00:27been very moving as well. We've had literally people coming in and sort of
00:31almost in tears as they come through the doors again and I know that's because
00:35people really feel so strongly about Coal Brothers and have personal
00:39connections. So that's been brilliant and we've got a stack full of
00:44people's views written down and people can also go online and do it. And we've
00:50also had some commercial businesses come in and talk to us about, you know,
00:54potentially whether there's space for them and their businesses here. So all in
00:59all it's been great. We've got another day tomorrow and then the boards will be
01:03online for quite a bit longer. So it's the start of the conversation with the
01:06city really.
