PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) menegaskan divestasi PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia (AAI) tidak mengganggu bisnis dan operasional perseroan. Adapun setelah divestasi secara konsolidasi Adaro masih memiliki investasi di bidang pertambangan batu bara metalurgi dan batuan, energi, utilitas dan infrastruktur pendukung serta pengolahan mineral yang didukung oleh sumber daya berpotensi yang dimiliki oleh Adaro.
