00:31The garbage is still piled up in the middle of the road.

00:37the garbage truck will not be able to collect the garbage every week.

00:41Sometimes, it will only be able to collect 2 or 3 times a month.

00:47What I am saying is, if a truck is coming, just wait.

01:53immediately cleaned the area to get rid of the remaining garbage in the area.

02:00They promised to carry out a three-week schedule of garbage hauling in the area.
