The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has issued a weather advisory from Thursday, Jan. 15 to Saturday, Jan. 18, forecasting continued scattered rains and thunderstorms in various parts of the country due to multiple weather systems.

00:24Based on our latest satellite animation, we do not have a storm or low pressure area that can affect our country until the weekend ends.
00:34Today, most of Luzon will still experience heavy rain due to the effect of the North-East Monsoon or Hanging Amihan.
00:42Dark weather will continue to bring light and moderate rains to most of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Pababa ng Aurora, Quezon, Kabikulan, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro and Romblon.
00:59Please be careful of flood and landslides.
01:02The remaining part of Luzon, including Ilocos Region, is expected to have fair weather conditions in the morning.
01:08However, when the afternoon comes to night, the chances of flooding and rains are high.
01:13Parts of Luzon will be flooded.
01:15The skies will be flooded over the rest of Central Luzon and Calabarzon, Metro Manila and Occidental Mindoro.
01:20It will be accompanied by dry and mild rains.
